RESOLUTION NO. 72-8
<br />WGEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-
<br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending
<br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
<br />County, Florida; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
<br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />were heard: Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be changed as
<br />followsl request of William Taylor.
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 36, 35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30, 28,
<br />26, 24 and 22, Lots 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and 17, also Lots
<br />10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 18 of A. A. Berry's Subdivision, Flem-
<br />ing Grant, Indian River County Records.
<br />Be changed from R-3 Transient District to R-lRM Residence -
<br />Mobile Home District.
<br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
<br />in said Zoning Regulation.
