RESOI_,UTION 72-11 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County that the Supervisor of Elections of Indian River <br />County is directed to place on the ballot at the March 14, 1972 <br />Presidential Preferential Primary Election in the Rock Ridge Subdivision <br />precinct the question of adoption or rejection of County Ordinance 72-2, <br />which ordinance would establish a special purpose district to be known <br />as "The Rock Ridge Street Lighting District" authorizing the special <br />assessment of up to 3 mills per dollar per annum for the purposes of <br />the district. All qualified electors residing in the Rock Ridge <br />Subdivisions are eligible to vote and the issue will be determined by a <br />majority of those voting. <br />
