11ESOI.,UTION No. 72-13$ <br />WHEREAS, Orange County desires to withdraw from the <br />Central Florida Regional Housing Authority, and <br />WHEREAS, Orange County has agreed to be liable for one - <br />seventeenth (1/17th) of the debts of the Central 11orift Regional <br />Housing Authority, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the I3oard of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County that the Hoard of County <br />Commissioners of orange County is hereby granted the right to <br />withdraw from the Ventral Florida Regional dousing Authority and the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County gives its consent <br />to said withdrawal. <br />
