RESOLUTION No. 72-17 <br />40 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />® did, after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Property owned by Thomas R. Cadenhead, P. O. Box 788, Wabasso, Florida. <br />Commeneing at a point 40 rods South of the Northeast corner <br />of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 31 South, <br />Range 39 East, running South 40 rods; thence West 80 rods; <br />thence North 20 rods; thence East 40 rods; thence North 20 <br />rods; thence East 40 rods to point of beginning, containing <br />15 acres, more or less. <br />Be changed from C-lA Restricted Commercial District to R-lMP <br />Mobile Home Park District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />- 3 - <br />
