ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER Loy, <br />THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-19, <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />® and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: <br />Property owned by Mr.. and Mrs. J. T. Thompson, Box 6, Sebastian, Flor- <br />ida. <br />Lot 2, Section 8, Township 31 South, Range 39 East. That part <br />south of Ditch #6 and East of U. S. #1, R. Bk. 217, PP 932. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-1 Single Family <br />District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />- 5 - <br />
