40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-20 <br />PRIMARY ROADS <br />WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation is now <br />preparing its budget for construction of the Primary Road System <br />in the State for the fiscal year 1972-1973; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, is vitally interested in the improvement of the <br />Primary Road System in Indian River County, Florida; Now, Therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith respectfully <br />request the Florida Department of Transportation to include in its <br />budget for Primary Roads for the fiscal year 1972-1.973 the following <br />projects in Indian River County: <br />1. Second Bridge over the Indian River. <br />2. One May Pair from 21st Avenue to Indian River Boulevard. <br />3. Indian River Boulevard from the Merrill Barber Bridge to the <br />new bridge. <br />4. Old Diaie Iiighway from Oslo Road (SR 606) to Glendale Road <br />(SR 612) <br />5. AlA from South County line to South City line. <br />6. AIA frorn North City line. to North County line. <br />7. AlA from South City line to North City line. <br />8. Indian River Boulevard from SR 606 (Oslo Road to Hobart Drive). <br />9. SR 507 from Fellsmere to North County line. <br />10. Widen & reconstruct SR GO from Indian River Boulevard to the <br />Atlantic Ocean. <br />INTERSTATE SYSTEM <br />Complete I-95 tlitough Indian River County and provide an <br />interchange or: access at Sit 60G (Oslo R071(0- <br />- 9 - <br />oad). <br />-9- <br />
