ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION: <br />RESOLUTION NQ- 72-23 <br />WHEREAS, the hoard of County Commissioners of Indian <br />ebm River County did heretofore appoint Donald Macdonald as an Indian <br />River County representative on the East Central Florida Regional <br />Planning Council, and <br />WHEREAS, Donald Macdonald has submitted his resignation, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County wish to express our regret in losing the services of <br />Donald Macdonald and wish to acknowledge the excellent manner in <br />which he conducted his duties as Indian River County's representative, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County that we reluctantly accept the <br />resignation of Donald Macdonald as our representative on the East <br />Central Florida Planning Council and wish to express our appreciation <br />for the fine manner in which he has conducted his duties. Every citizen <br />in Indian Diver County has benefited from his work and future genera- <br />tions will benefit from it.
