RESOLUTION NO. 72-24 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, resolve: <br />dp� 1. That a petition has been filed by Sebastian River Medical <br />Center, Inc, , a Florida corporation, with this board requesting this <br />board to renounce and disclaim any right of the county and the public <br />in and to all lands or interest acquired for street, road or highway <br />purposes in that area described hereafter: <br />That portion of right-of-way lying either side of the <br />following described centerline: From the intersection <br />of the Fleming Grant line and the centerline of the Old <br />Roseland Road (Bay Street) run North 260 2i" East <br />along said centerline of said Old Roseland Road a <br />distance of 510. 24 feet to the point of beginning of Baid <br />portion to be abandoned; Thence continue North 26 21' <br />East along said cent8rline a distance of 89. 76 feet; <br />Thence run North 18 17' East a distance cbf 245.03 feet <br />along said centerline; Thence run North 8 40' East a <br />distance of 604. 05 feet along said centerline; Thence <br />run North 5 37' East a distance of 506. 72 feet; more <br />or less, along said centerline to the West right-of-way <br />of U.S. Highway No. 1 (S. R. #5) and point of ending. <br />The Board has determined that none of the street above described now <br />constitutes or was acquired for a state or federal highway and none is <br />located within the limits of any incorporated municipality and the board <br />has declared that a public hearing would be held to consider the advis- <br />ability of granting the request and that a public hearing would be held <br />before this board in the County Commissioners' Room in the Indian <br />River County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, at 10:00 A. M. on <br />the 5th day of April, 1972, at which time, persons interested may appear <br />and be heard. <br />2. This board did publish notice of such public hearing one <br />time on March 12, 1972 in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper <br />of general circulation in said county, said publication being at least <br />two weeks prior to the date stated for the public hearing as will more <br />fully appear by Proof of Publication thereof filed in the minutes of <br />this meeting. At the time and place stated, the board did hold the <br />advertised public hearing and all persons interested were heard and this <br />board did determine that the street described above is not located within the <br />limits of any incorporated municipality and was not acquired for and <br />- 8 - <br />
