STATE OF FLORIDA <br />® COUNTY RESOLUTION ON USE <br />OF <br />SECONDARY ROAD FUNDS <br />COUNTY:INDIAN RIVER <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-36 <br />117MREAS, under the provisions of Section 206.60 Florida Statutes <br />and Section 9, Article XII Constitution of the State of Florida, the <br />Florida Department of Transportation will receive a portion of the <br />surplus of this Countly's pro -rata share of the 5th and 6th cent gasoline <br />tax to be used within this County; and <br />WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 339.08 and Section <br />339.081, Florida Statutues, the expenditure of such funds shall be as <br />prescribed by regulations of the Department and pursuant to an adopted <br />resolution by this Board of County Commissioners. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the Florida Department of Transportation is hereby re- <br />quested to use the aforesaid funds for the purchase of right of way for <br />the following projects; <br />A. State Road 60 - one way pair - 19th Place <br />from 2.0th Avenue to Indian River Boulevard. <br />B.
