RESOLUTION NO. 72-44 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Cormnission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing make its final report. <br />WHEREAS. this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes es and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning flap, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit; <br />property owned by Robert A. Cairns, as Trustee. <br />Government Lot 2 of Section 26, Township 31 -South, Range 39 - <br />East, Indian River County, Florida; excluding easements and <br />road rights-of-way. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R-2 Multiple <br />Family District. <br />Government Lots 5 and 6, less the South 411.04 feet of said <br />Government Lots 5 and 6, both lying and being in Township <br />31 -South, Range 39 -Last, Indian Piver County, Florida, less <br />the West two acres of said Government Lot 5 being more parti- <br />cularly described as "Commencing at the Southwest corner of <br />Government Lot 3, run West along the north line of Government <br />Lot 5 a distance of 505.96 feet to the point of beginning, <br />thence continue west along said line a distance of 012.0 feet <br />to the northwest corner of said Government Lot 5, thence run <br />South along the west line of said Lot 5 a distance of 21 feet, <br />more or less, to the mean high water line of the Indian River, <br />thence meander the said high water line in a southeasterly dir- <br />ection to a point due South of the point of beginning; thence. <br />run North 125 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning on <br />the North line of said Government Lot 5. All easements and <br />road rights-of-way excluded. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R-2 Multiple Family <br />District, with Special exception for multiple family dwellings. <br />PARCEL 1: All of Government Lot 3, Section 25, Township 31 - <br />South, Range 39 -Last, LY.CL•'PTING therefrom that portion of the <br />South 500 feet thereof (measured on the Fast line of S.R. AIA) <br />that lies Last of AlA highway; <br />Be changed from R-1 Single Family District to R-2 Multiple Fam- <br />ily District, with Special exception for multiple family dwell- <br />ings, and a golf course: <br />PARCEL 2: The South 1034.75 feet of Government Lot 2, Section <br />Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East (the said 1034.75 feet <br />being measured along the West boundary line of said Government <br />Lot 2); <br />Be changed from R-1 Single Family District to R-2 Multiple Fam- <br />ily District, with Special exception for multiple family dwell- <br />ings, and a golf course: <br />-F- <br />
