RESOLUTION NO. 72-51 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing make its final report; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Idap, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, owned by Thomas <br />vN. Russ and Leroy Marchant, to -wit: <br />All that part of Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 20, 'Township 31 -South, Range 39 -cast, less that por- <br />tion described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 31 -South, Range 39 - <br />Last for a point of beginning; Thence run West along_ the North <br />line of said Southwest Quarter of Mortheast Quarter a distance <br />of 912.27 feet; Thence run Southeasterly and parallel to the <br />Florida fast Coast Railroad right-of-way a distance of 518.84 <br />feet; 'Thence, at right angles with the Florida Last Coast Rail- <br />road right-of-way run Northeasterly a distance of. 70.00 feet; <br />!.'}fence run Southeasterly and parallel with the Florida bast <br />Coast Railroad right-of-way a distance of 532.04 feet; Thence <br />run South and parallel to the East line of said Southwest Quar- <br />ter of Northeast Quarter a distance of 397.21 feet to the South <br />line of said Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter; Thence run <br />Last along said South line a distance of 385.00 feet to the South- <br />east corner of said Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter; Thence <br />run North along the East line thereof a distance of 1,319.72 feet <br />to the point of beginning. LESS AND EXCEPTING therefrom all <br />rights-of-way for Florida Last Coast Railroad Company, AND ALSO <br />the South half of Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Sec- <br />tion 20, Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East. <br />Be changed from Iii -1 Restricted Industrial District and R-1 Sin- <br />gle Family District to R -11 -IP Mobile home Park District. <br />
