The following documents are required before the applicable County <br />department can issue a "Notice to Proceed" letter. <br />1. Public Construction Bond (unrecorded) in the amount of 100% of the award amount ($3,806,470.75). <br />2. Two Signed Copies of Enclosed Agreement <br />3. W-9. <br />The Public Construction Bond must be executed in accordance with section 255.05(1)(a), Florida Statutes. Please <br />submit the Bond, W-9 and two fully -executed copies of the enclosed agreement to this office at the address <br />provided below no later than May 18, 2022.
