RESOLUTION NO. 72-60 <br />ROCKRIDGE STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT BUDGET <br />AND MILLAGE RESOLUTION FOR 1972 - 1973 <br />7 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the Rockridge <br />Street Lighting District have held a public hearing on <br />September 6, 1972 for the purpose of adopting a budget <br />for the district for 1972 - 1973, and <br />WHEREAS, the hearing was noticed by publication <br />and the needs of the district discussed in open forum, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />Supervisors of the Rockridge Street Lighting District <br />that the following budget and millage rate is adopted <br />for the district for 1972 - 1973. <br />ESTIMATE OF REVENUES FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING <br />SEPTEMBER 30, 1972 <br />Taxes 3.00 mills on assessed valuation of <br />$1,378,610.00. $4,135.83 <br />Less 58 - 206.79 <br />Total Estimated Revenues $3,929.04 <br />Estimated Expenses: <br />operating Costs $ 900.00 <br />Capital Improvements 2,636.14 <br />10% Contingency Fund _ 392.90 <br />Total Estimated Expenses. $ 3,929.04 <br />Said Board hereby sets the millage rate at 3 mills for <br />the District for 1972 - 1973. <br />A copy of this Resolution shall be published one time in <br />a paper of general circulation in this County and a copy will be <br />forwarded to the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners. <br />Chairman, Rockridge Street Lighting <br />District <br />
