RESOLUTION N0. 72-69 <br />WHEREAS, Frank E. Treadway and Dolores S. <br />Treadway have petitioned the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County to vacate a certain side lot <br />utility easement in Granada Gardens Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County has held a hearing on said request and <br />find that there is no public necessity for the easement <br />since the Treadway's plan to construct one house on the <br />two lots; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Indian River County, that the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County do <br />hereby vacate the side lot utility easements on the <br />following described property: <br />That certain 2.5 foot utility side lot <br />easement running along the East side of <br />Lot 10, and the Ilest side of Lot 9, Block <br />C, Granada Gardens Suhdivision as recorded in <br />Plat Book 3, Page 91, Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />ATTEST: <br />� .r� �� Cler•I; <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Chairman <br />o � <br />i <br />�i <br />II <br />1 <br />® 1 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 72-69 <br />WHEREAS, Frank E.
