RESOLUTION NO. 72-77 <br />40 = WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Fl.or.- ' <br />ida, did, after public hearing make its final report recommending <br />• changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, owned by F. B. Hardee and C. P. Olsen, repre- <br />sented by Wellford E. Hardee, situated in Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida: <br />Tract 12 and E. 12.5 Acres of Tract 13, Section 20, Town- <br />ship 32 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County Records, <br />Deed Book 84, page 265. <br />Be changed from R-1 Single Family District to A -Agricultural <br />District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-Lj- <br />
