.,ESOLUTION NO. 72-78 <br />WHERP•.AS, the 'Zoning Commission of Indian Pi.ver County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Pesolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a Public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying 'oning man, he changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning clap be changed in order that the following <br />described property, owned by Almeda Ranch, situated i.n Indian River <br />County, Florida: <br />Tract 16 of Section 17; and Tracts 1, 7, and 8, Section <br />20, Township 32 -South, Range 39 -East. AND That part of <br />II -0 Ranch lying East of Kings Highway more particularly <br />described as follows: That part of the SP' 1/4 of Sec- <br />tion 15-32-39 lying South of the North Relief Canal.; That <br />part of the SW 1/4 of the Sr 1/4 of Section 15, Townshin <br />32 -South, Range 39 -East described as Beginning on the West <br />line of said SE 1/4 on the South line of the Tndian River <br />Farms Drainage District North Relief Canal and run South <br />along said line a distance of 511.1'; Thence Fant 337.4', <br />more or less, to the West line of. Lateral "fl" (`anal, Thence - <br />Northwesterly along the West line of Lateral "II" Canal to <br />the South Line of said North Relief Canal, and thence run <br />Westerly along the South line of said north Relief Canal to <br />the point of beginning; the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of. <br />Section 16-32-39 lying South of thQ PIorth Relief canal; <br />Tracts 1 through 8 inclusive, Section 21., Township 32 -South, <br />Range 39 -East; the N4I 1/4 of Section 22, Township 32 -Routh, <br />Range 39 -East; and that part of the NW 1/4 of the NF 1/4 of <br />Section 22, Township 32 -South, Range 39 -East lying West of. <br />Lateral "Ii" Canal; subject to all. canal and road rights-of- <br />way and easements; containing 699.55' net acres. <br />Be changed from P-1 Single Family District to A -Agricultural <br />District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-6- <br />
