Countryside Mobile Home Park - Amendment & Transfer of Utility <br />Franchise <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of October 30, 1995: <br />TO: B d of CountyCommissioners <br />` V <br />FROM: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: October 30, 1995 <br />RE: Amendment and Transfer of Countryside <br />Mobile Home Park Utility Franchise <br />Pursuant to the direction of the Board at the public hearing regarding the <br />request of the new owner of Countryside Mobile Home Park to become the <br />franchise holder for the utility service for the park, attached is a formal <br />amendment and transfer of the franchise from Realcor-Vero Beach Associates to <br />Ell -Cap 24, the owner of the park. <br />All the items suggested by the Utilities Director and approved by the Board <br />are included in this amendment. The amendment supplements the documents from <br />1985 and 1992, which a're.also attached. <br />The terms of this franchise as amended will govern the utility until it is <br />scheduled to connect to County water service no later than 2002, at which <br />time this franchise will expire. <br />Recommendation: Staff recommends approval. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Amendment and Transfer of Countryside Mobile <br />Home Park Franchise to ELL -CAP -24 and ELL -CAP -38 SAN <br />SOUCI, as Tenants in Common; as recommended by <br />staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />NOVEMBER 7, 1995 18 <br />
