FLA. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95- 141 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER- COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN <br />CONNECTION WITH PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO VERO TROPICAL GARDENS <br />SUBDIVISION AND A PORTION OF PARADISE PARK <br />SUBDIVSION UNIT #3 AND PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution No. 95-135, adopted October 17, 1995, <br />determined to make special assessments against certain properties to be <br />serviced by a paving and drainage to Vero Tropical Gardens <br />Subdivision and a portion of Paradise Park Subdivision Unit #3; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said <br />special assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are <br />to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press <br />Journal on October 23, 1995, as required by Section 206.04, Indian <br />River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Board of <br />County <br />Commissioners <br />of Indian - <br />River <br />County passed <br />Resolution No. <br />95-136 on <br />October 17, <br />1995, which <br />set a <br />time and place for a public hearing at which the owners of the <br />properties <br />to <br />be assessed <br />and <br />other interested persons <br />would have <br />the <br />chance to <br />be <br />heard as to <br />any <br />and all_ complaints as to <br />said project <br />and <br />NOVEMBER 7, 1995 26 <br />
