In the case of <br />Indian River County, three members and three alternates need to be appointed (two <br />county, one municipal). It should be noted that all alternates must be elected officials. <br />Additionally, the bylaws do not specifically indicate that municipal appointments must be <br />either appointed or approved by the County. Each county is assigned the number of <br />appointments and the method for making the appointments is left to the discretion and <br />cooperation of the local governments in the area. <br />It would be appreciated if the County would notify the Council of the appointments, <br />including mailing addresses and telephone numbers, as soon as possible, so that the <br />agenda packet for the December meeting can be provided in a timely fashion. <br />Sincerely, <br />N iichael J. The County Administrator's salary shall be adjusted by the <br />general increase percentage given by the Board of County <br />Commissioners to non-union represented employees, and on the <br />same effective date. <br />If not automatic <br />2. The County Administrator's salary shall be subject to the Pay <br />Progression System in the Administrative Policy, with each <br />wage change submitted for Board of County Commissioners <br />consideration. <br />3.
