RESOLUTION NO. 73-1 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, rlor- <br />ida, did, after }public hearing make its final report recommending I1E <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thoreto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BU IT RESOTXYD by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, he changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />-i described property, owned by Jan Yr.omhnut, situated in Tndian River <br />County, Florida: <br />The North 250' of the Wegt 5.4 Acres of the Fast 15.4 Acres <br />of Tract 16, Section 11, Townshin 33 -South, Range 38 -Fast, <br />Indian River County, Official Pecord Took 418, page 395. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R -IF: Country Fstate <br />District. <br />All within t_hr, meaning and .intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
