s <br />® RESOLUTION NO. 73-7 <br />WHEREAS, there is a drainage and utility easement on each <br />40 side of the lot line of Glendale Terrace Subdivision, Block 2; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Richard P. Benner, Trustee, is the owner of Lot <br />11 and the S 1/2 of Lot 12, Block 2, Glendale Terrace Sub- <br />division Block 2, according to the plat filed in Plat Book <br />5, page 66; and <br />WHEREAS, Richard P. Benner, Trustee, built a house over <br />the side lot easements, Lots 11 and 12; and <br />WHEREAS, Richard P. Benner, Trustee, in order to sell the <br />house must have the easement released by the County Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County as follows: <br />1. The Board does hereby release the 5 foot easement on <br />each side of the property line dividing Lots 11 and 12, Glendale <br />Terrace Subdivision. <br />2.
