40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-9 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending <br />o changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and dial, pursuant thereto, hold a nubli.c hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of. Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />-� described property, owned by Y T Design, Inc., Marvin W. Olson, Presi- <br />dent, Represented by Dean Luethje, vice President, situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of. Section 19, Town- <br />ship 33 -South, Range 40 -East, Indian River County. <br />Be changed from R-lA Single Family District, to R-1TM Trans- <br />ient Mobile Iiome District, AND <br />The South 150 feet, less a parcel. being the West 660 feet <br />parallel with the center line of U. S. Iiighway No. 1, of <br />the NW 1/4 of the S 1/2 of the SP; 1/4 of. the TIE 1/4 lying <br />East of U. S. Highway No. 1, Fection 13, Township 33 -South, <br />Range 39 -East, Indian River County. <br />Be changed from R-2 Multiple Family District, to R-1TM. <br />Transient Mobile Home District. <br />Subject to the Board's approval of drainage and the Zoning <br />Commission's approval of a final site plan. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulations. <br />-7- <br />
