RESOLUTION NO. 73-10
<br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County,
<br />Flor-ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending
<br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
<br />County, Florida; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and dial, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
<br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />were heard: Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of. Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of. Indian River.
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
<br />follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property, owned by Floyd J. Voight, situated in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 1.2 and Tracts "A",
<br />"B", "C", "D" and "E", of Block "A"; Lots 1 and 2, and Tract
<br />"A" of Block "B"; Lots 1 and 2 of Block "C", and Lots 1, 2,
<br />3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of Block "D", PARA-
<br />DISE PARK, UNIT FOUR, according to the plat of same filed in
<br />the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of. Indian River
<br />County, Florida; in Plat Book 6, page 54, tXCFPT a stria of
<br />land over the Southerly portions of Tracts "B", "C", "D", Block
<br />"A", and Tract "A", Plock "B", being more particularly describ-
<br />ed as follows:
<br />A strip of land over, through and across the Southerly nortions
<br />of Tracts "B", "C", and "D", Block "A", according to plat of
<br />Paradise Park, Unit Four, as recorded in Plat Book, 6, page 54,
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, Section 2, Town-
<br />ship 33 -South, Range 38 -East, Indian River County; said stri.n
<br />lying within 147.50 feet of the South line of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of said Section 2, when measured along the West line
<br />and Southerly extension thereof for said Tract "D", and which
<br />lies within 147.55 feet of said South line of said Northwest
<br />Quarter when measured along the East line and Southerly exten-
<br />sion thereof for said Tract "B";
<br />ALSO
<br />A strip of land over, through and across the Southerly portion
<br />of Tract "A", Block "B", according to plat of Paradise Park,
<br />Unit Four, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 54, Public Records
<br />of Indian River County, Florida, in Section 2, Township 33 -
<br />South, Range 38 -East, Indian River County; said strip lying
<br />within 147.47 feet of the South line of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of. said Section 2, when measured along the West line and Souther-
<br />ly extension thereof for said Tract "A", and lying within 147.48
<br />feet of the said South line of said Northwest Quarter when
<br />measured along the East line and Southerly extension thereof
<br />for said Tract "A"; Said land lying and being in Indian River
<br />County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH the following described prop-
<br />erty: ALL of the right of way on 118th Avenue,
<br />ALSO
<br />that part of the right of way of 21st Street lying West of the
<br />West right of way line of 117th Avenue, all the above property
<br />
