On Motion by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded <br />4b by Comm i.S' ner Massey, the Board unanimously adopted the <br />following kesolution authorizing Donna Scott, Indian River <br />® County Court Clerk, and her designated assistants, to draw <br />checks.o•. <br />R E S 0 L 9 T ION No. 73-13 <br />BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. That the acting Indian River County Court Clerk <br />is hereby authorized to establish trust and <br />checking accounts at the Indian River Citrus <br />Bank for use by the Indian River County Court. <br />2. That the acting Indian River County Court Clerk <br />and her authorized deputies approved by the Board <br />of County Commissioners from time to time are <br />authorized to draw checks on the accounts. <br />3. That all County Court employees handling County <br />Court funds shall be bonded. <br />-25- <br />
