RESOLUTION No. 73-16 <br />WHEREAS, BRENT WADDELL, did purchase tax certificate <br />No. 589; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received <br />a sworn affidavit from BRENT WADDELL that said certificate has <br />been .lost; and <br />WHEREAS, he has requested the issuance of a new certificate; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, that the Clerk of the <br />(Circuit Court is authorized to issue a duplicate certificate <br />II No. 589 to BRENT WADDELL in accordance with Florida Statute <br />197.205 (2). <br />Cha man <br />Attest: <br />.101 <br />M <br />
