RESOLUTION NO. 73-2n <br />® WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Man, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, owned <br />a by Eugene T. Johns, to -wit: <br />.The Porth 230' of the west 433' of Tract 4, Section 22, <br />Township 33 -South, Range 39 -East, LESS the 'North 30' there- <br />of for Drainage District R/P:, AND LESS the '-'est 25' there- <br />of for Clemanns Avenue (43rd Avenue) R/W, Indian River <br />County Records. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-1 Single Fam- <br />ily District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />.JACK FORTE APPEARED REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION TO BUILD <br />AND OPERATE A FOOD CONCESSION STAND AT WABASSO BEACH, ATTORNEY <br />BURCH STATED THIS MUST BE ADVERTISED FOR BIDS BEFORE A FRANCHISE <br />FOR A FOOD CONCESSION STAND ON A PUBLIC BEACH CAN BE ISSUED. IT <br />WAS THE FEELING OF THE BOARD THAT A COMMITTEE BE APPOINTED TO <br />INVESTIGATE AND SET-UP SPECIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR <br />BIDS. <br />-4- <br />
