That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, owned by Charles B. and Mary 0. Gray, William 11. <br />Ruehman, Jr., Applicant/Agent, situated in Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, to -crit: <br />The West 1/2 of Tract- 1463 and Fast 32' of Tract 1464.; <br />Fellsmere Farms Company Subdivision, Township 31 -South, <br />Range 37 -Fast, Indian Giver County <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to A -Agricultur- <br />al District <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
