RESOLUTION NO. 73-36 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend - <br />®M ing changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />01 <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />-1described property, with City National. Bank of Miami, as Trustee, <br />Robert A. Cairns, as Trustee, Petitioner/Agent, situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The South 411.84 feet of Government Lots 5 and 6, and <br />the N 1/2 of Government Lots 8 and 9, in Section 26' <br />all of Government Lot 1 and the North 285 feet of Gov- <br />ernment Lot 2, in Section 25, in Township 31 -South, <br />Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida; LESS that <br />portion thereof, heretofore conveyed to the State of <br />Florida for State Road A -1-A. Together with all littoral <br />and riparian rights thereto belonging and appertaining. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural and R-1 Single Family Dis- <br />tricts to R-2 Multiole Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-16- <br />
