RESOLUTION,NO. 73-37 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore,. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Man he changed in order that the following <br />described property owned by Horace Ross and Minnie Bell Ross, situated <br />in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />From the Northeast corner of the East one half of the West <br />one half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter <br />of Section 32, Townshin 31 -South, Range 39 -Fast, run South <br />fifty-five feet to South right of way line of drainage canal; <br />thence run Priest one hundred feet; thence run South parallel <br />with the east line of said E 1/2. of W 1/2 of NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 <br />a distance of 300 feet; thence run East a distance of 100 feet; <br />thence rur ''Orth a distance of 300 feet to point of beginning. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-1 Single Family <br />District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-18- <br />
