r <br />RESOLUTION 1:0. 73-•39 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian, !'fiver County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Man, he changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, owned by Indian River Flying Service, Inc., <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />1. The North 400 feet of the South 440 feet of the East half <br />of Southeast quarter of Section 11-33-39, less the t,Test 230 <br />feet thereof and less portion as described in Official Record <br />Book 100, page 828, Indian River County. <br />Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial District to B-1 <br />Planned Business District. <br />2. The West 230 feet of the North 400 feet of the South 440 feet <br />of the East half of Southeast quarter of Section 11.-33-39, Indian <br />River County. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to P-1 Planned Business <br />District. <br />3. The East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 11-33-39, <br />less the South 440 feet thereof, and less the West 230 feet there- <br />of, and less the North 230 feet thereof lying South of existing <br />canal right-of-way, Indian River County Records. <br />Be changed from 11-1 Restricted Industrial.District to P-2 PTultinle <br />Family District. <br />4. The West 230 feet of the East half of the Southeast quarter <br />of Section 11-33-39, less the South 440 fret thereof; APTD ALSO <br />the North 230 feet of that part of the fast half of. the Southeast <br />quarter of Section 11-33-39, lying South Of existing canal right- <br />of-way. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-2 Multinle Family <br />District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-25- <br />
