JENNINGS OF THE <br />�I COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO MAKE APPLICATION <br />Ij FOR STATE OF FLORIDA ASSISTANCE UNDER THE STATE SEWAGE TREATMENT <br />I� <br />REVOLVING LOAN PROGRAM. <br />i <br />i <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County, Florida proposed to construct a <br />regional sewerage system in the eastern half of the County for <br />I <br />abatement of pollution; and <br />'i <br />i <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and advisable to seek state <br />11 assistance for such construction; <br />ii <br />II I <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida: <br />I <br />i <br />Ii 1) That Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator, be and he is <br />Ij <br />l hereby authorized to execute and file an application on behalf <br />of Indian River County with the Florida Department of Pollu- <br />tion Control for a loan under the Sewage Treatment Revolving <br />Loan Program for the construction of a regional sewerage sys- <br />tem in the eastern half of the County. <br />�i <br />2) That the Board of County Commissioners intends to repay the <br />requested loan with the proceeds of the long --term FHA loan <br />when it is received. <br />3) That Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator, be and he is <br />hereby authorized to represent the County and is directed to <br />it <br />furnish such information as the Florida Department of Pollu- <br />tion Control may reasonably rcquef.;t in connection with the <br />appli.cati.on which i> herein authori%:cd to be filed. <br />b <br />—32 <br />
