a <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-L!t� <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />~' WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now; therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the..Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />---�I described property owned by Grolier Properties, Inc. situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />That part of the North 1150 feet of Tract 1, Section 10, <br />Township 33 -South, Range 38 -East, lying East of the Fast <br />right-of-way line of proposed Interstate Route 95, all <br />lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from R-1TM Transient Mobile Home District to <br />R -114P Mobile Home Park District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />_.10- <br />
