40 <br />40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-50 <br />VINEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning clap, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning I•lap be changed in order that the following <br />-) described property owned by clover Huston, situated in Indian River , <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lot No. 16 of Jackson's Subdivision, being a subdivision of. <br />Part of the SF 1/4 of IiE 1/4 of: Section 27, Township 32 - <br />South, Range 39 -East, according to plat filed in the office <br />of Clerk of Circuit Court of Indian River_ County and record- <br />ed in Plat Book No. 2, on page 54. <br />Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial District to R-2 <br />Multiple Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
