RESOLUTION NO. 73-55 <br />El <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />• <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning I -lap be changed in order that the following <br />described property owned by W. B. Anderson and Reva Anderson, his <br />wife, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />From the Northwest corner of Government Lot 2, Section 17, <br />Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East, run Westerly a distance <br />of 660.0 feet to a point; thence run northerly a distance <br />of 330.0 feet to a point; thence run Westerly a distance <br />of 1034.29 feet to the West right-of-way of the F.E.C. RR <br />for point of beginning number 2; thence run Westerly along <br />the same line a distance of 280.88 feet to a point on the <br />1/4 Section line; thence run Southerly along the said 1/4 <br />Section line a distance of 330.0 feet to a point; thence <br />run Easterly a distance of 413.25 feet to the West right-of- <br />way line of the F.E.C. RR; thence run Northwesterly along the <br />said West right-of-way of F.E.C. RR a distance of 355.25 feet <br />to point of beginning all lying in Section 17, Township 31 - <br />South, Range 39 -East, and comprising an area of 2.63 acres. <br />Be changed from 14-1 Restricted Industrial District to R-1 <br />Single Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
