RESOLUTION NO. 73-56 <br />El <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the 'Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning flap, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />--> described property owned by Herbert Velie, represented by Fred E. <br />Baker, Jr., Contractor, situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />to -wit: <br />From the Southeast corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of <br />Section 13, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -East, run West 366.0 <br />feet to the Fast right-of-way of the F.E.C. Railroad; thence <br />run Northwes!-erly along the said right-of-way 507.2 feet to <br />a point of beginning; from said point of beginning run East <br />a distance of 125.3 feet to the west right-of-way of U. S. <br />Highway No. 1; thence run North 28023' West on said right- <br />of-way a distance of 657.85 feet; thence run West a distance <br />of 125.3 feet to the right-of-way of said F.E.C. Railroad; <br />thence run South 28034' East on said railroad right-of-way a <br />distance of 656.85 feet to said point of beginning; LESS AND <br />EXCEPTI14G however property conveyed to Miller as recorded in <br />Deed Book 109, page 514, and property conveyed to Henley as <br />recorded in Official Record Book 1, page 538; said land lying <br />and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from 1.1-1 Restricted Industrial District to C-1 <br />Commercial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set fdrth and described <br />in said 'zoning Regulation. <br />_15- <br />
