<br />RESOLUTION NO. -23-58
<br />WHEREAS, the 'Zoning Commission of Indian river County, Florida,
<br />did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes
<br />and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Flor-
<br />ida; and t
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
<br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens !
<br />were heard: Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be changed as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />4 described property owned by Laflesa, Inc., situated in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, to -wit:
