RELOLUTION NO. 73-61 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property owned by Leonard R. Herndon, George R. Arnold, <br />and Elven Herndon, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 9, 11, 13, 15, & 17, Block 2; Lots 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, <br />13, 15, & 17, all in Block 3, Tropical Village Estates, <br />Inc., Township 31 -South, Range 37 -East, Plat Book 4, page <br />94h, Indian River County. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-1 Single Fam- <br />ily District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />- 45 - <br />
