ftESOLUTION No. 73-64 <br />WHEREAS, FLORIDA CABLEVISION CORPORATION has <br />requested a rate increase; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the rate increase was <br />advertised; and <br />WHEREAS, the public hearing was held on August 22, 1973, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, that the Board <br />approves the rate increases as per the attached schedule subject <br />to Florida Cablevision furnishing the Board with a certified <br />audited statement of expenses and profits. The amount of the <br />rate increases shall be escrowed with the Corporation until the <br />audit is submitted.
