RESOLUTION No. 73-68 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of. Indian <br />River County has determined that because of the design and construction <br />materials used in the Country Club Point Subdivision's roads that use of <br />those roads by vehicles weighing in excess of five (5) tons will cause <br />deterioration and damage to the roads resulting in higher maintenance costs <br />to the County, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County that in accordance with <br />Florida Statute 316, 202, vehicular traffic on the Country Club Point <br />Subdivision's roads as shown in Plat Book 4, pages 8, 11, and 60, Official <br />i <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida, shall be restricted to vehicles <br />weighing five (5) tons or less.
