3120220040085 <br />RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />JEFFREY R SMITH, CLERK OF COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FL <br />BK: 3551 PG: 502 Page 1 of 10 6/23/2022 2:09 PM <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022 -026 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING CONSERVATION EASEMENTS ON <br />LOTS 159 AND 172, VERO LAGO SUBDIVISION PHASE 3; AND LOTS 144 AND <br />145, VERO LAGO SUBDIVISION PHASE 4 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in conservation easements on Lots 159 and 172, of <br />Vero Lago Subdivision Phase 3; and Lots 144 and 145 of Vero Lago Subdivision Phase 4; and <br />WHEREAS, the Vero Lago Homeowners Association, Inc., the owner of the easements, has made <br />application to Indian River County requesting that the County release the easements; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />1. INDIAN RIVER COUNTY does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it <br />may have in the following described easements: <br />The conservation easements on Lots 144 and 145 of Vero Lago Subdivision Phase 4; and <br />The conservation easements on Lots 159 and 172 of Vero Lago Subdivision Phase 3; <br />See Exhibit A attached for the descriptions. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , seconded by <br />Commissioner _Adams , and adopted on the 17 day of May, 2022, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan <br />AYE <br />Vice -Chairman Joe Earman <br />AYE <br />Commissioner Susan Adams <br />AYE <br />Commissioner Laura Moss <br />AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph E.
