Finney, SRA L <br />County Right -of -Way Agent CONSENT AGENDA <br />SUBJECT: 4th Street Right -of -Way Acquisition; Parcel #111 <br />DATE: November 6, 1995 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Additional right-of-way is required on 4th Street for paving <br />improvement widening and water retention area. <br />The property owner has executed a contract at $3,881.00. The <br />appraised value is $2.95 per square foot for land in the area and7 <br />the 15' x 87.' (1,315.5 square feet), right-of-way parcel contract <br />is at the appraised value, $2.95 per square foot. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff requests the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />$3,881.00 purchase, and authorize the Chairman to execute the <br />contract. <br />FUNDING <br />4th Street, Parcel #111 - Funding to be from District 6 Traffic <br />Impact Fee Account No. 101-156-541-067.29. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />the right-of-way purchase from Allied Investors, <br />Inc. in the amount of $3,881, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />CONTRACT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD - <br />November 14, 1995 <br />
