Section 10 — Marketing Plan <br />As stated earlier in this Proposal, this Development Team includes experienced <br />practitioners who were former redevelopment agency executives. As such, our Team is <br />well versed in the process required to screen applicants to determine income eligibility. <br />Notwithstanding, we will look to collaborate with local agencies and organizations tasked <br />with homebuyer education, credit repair and mortgage eligibility. It is our experience that <br />local organizations routinely maintain lists of potential homebuyers that meet LMI or WFH <br />income limits. Additionally, we anticipate there being lending institutions or mortgage <br />brokers that have approved buyers within the target income limits. <br />Facilitation of home sales for this income targeted population often includes coordination <br />with lenders that offer programs with modified underwriting criteria. Moreover, to ensure <br />mortgage ready buyers, subsidy layering will be required. Understanding multiple funding <br />sources and having the ability to coordinate a number of `moving parts' is critical to the <br />project success. This team has the experience and credentials to accomplish marketing <br />and buyer qualifications successfully. <br />The marketing and outreach for a project such as this one will be important to ensure an <br />awareness of the product being developed and the opportunity for first-time homebuyers <br />to build wealth through homeownership. Our team will develop marketing materials <br />featuring the models, the design features, and prices. Given the scope of this project, we <br />propose to develop a dedicated website that will provide detailed information about the <br />new homes being developed and will include information about income eligibility and links <br />to secure financing through our lending partners. In addition, we intend to market this <br />project through our existing SM platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and twitter) to attract <br />potential buyers. <br />133 <br />
