X. Other Provisions <br />a. PURSUANT TO SECTION 558.0035 FLORIDA STATUES, SUN <br />PATRICK ARCHITECT, INC. IS THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY <br />FOR THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IT AGREES TO <br />PROVIDE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. NO INDIVIDUAL <br />PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE, AGENT, DIRECTOR, OFFICER <br />OR PRINCIPLE MAY BE INDIVIDUALLY LIABLE FOR <br />NEGLIGENCE ARISING OUT OF THIS CONTRACT. <br />The owner acknowledges that design and construction projects are prone to <br />changes in the scope of work for a variety of reasons and that a contingency will <br />be budgeted in accordance with the standard of care normally associated with <br />a project of this complexity and location.
