Electronic Payments <br />are an acceptable option. <br />2. Prices are valid for 90 days after quotation <br />3. This proposal details the scope of work included in the above price. If any conditions are <br />found upon commencement of the work requiring additional repairs, ie underneath the liner, <br />work will stop until such time that the owner has been notified of the additional work <br />required, and has been provided with and agreed to the cost for the additional materials and <br />labor necessary to complete the work. <br />4. Demo, civil works, site works, excavation & hauling, concrete works, sealing, backfill, <br />deck construction, coping, electrical works, grounding works, mechanical works, and <br />commissioning works are not included in this price, unless specifically noted. <br />5. Project Repair date will be contingent upon all materials are shipped and on jobsite, and <br />weather is not a factor of delay, otherwise a possible date change could be required. A & W <br />Flooring, Inc. will not be responsible for liquidated damages per day thereafter if delay is <br />caused by natural disasters, weather or a delay of material shipment.
