INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />Dick Bird Park Pickleball Complex <br />Work Order No. 27 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING/LAND SURVEYING SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA. <br />This is an amendment to the existing Engineering/Land Surveying Services Agreement <br />(AGREEMENT) dated January 18, 2022 between Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (ENGINEER) <br />and Indian River County (COUNTY). This amendment addresses changes in "Exhibit A—Scope of <br />Work", "Exhibit B — Fee Schedule" of the AGREEMENT. <br />Amendment Description <br />"Exhibit A—SCOPE OF Work" is being modified to incorporate the following: <br />k 1— Plan modifications <br />ENGINEER previously prepared plans based on approximate location of the Conservation area <br />and the Client approved conceptual plan prepared as part of the original scope. <br />The Client as requested changes to the site plan which will require the following sheets to be <br />modified: <br />• Erosion Control and Demolition Plan <br />• Site Plan <br />• Paving and Grading Plan <br />• Landscape and Irrigation Plan <br />These plans will be updated to reflect the revised conceptual plan approved by the Client. <br />EXHIBIT B — FEE SCHEDULE <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay and the Consultant agrees to accept for services rendered <br />pursuant to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following: <br />A.
