WORK ORDER NUMBER 7 PROJECT NAME: HCP Sea Turtle Monitoring 2022 — North and South County This Work Order Number 7 is entered into as of this day of , , pursuant to that certain Continuing Contract Agreement for Environmental and Biological Support Service, dated October 10th, 2017, renewed on October 15, 2019 for 2 years and then again on October 5, 2021 for an additional 2 years, referred to as the ("Agreement"), by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and Ecological Associates, Inc., ("Consultant"). The COUNTY has selected the Consultant to perform the Environmental Biological Support Services set forth on Exhibit A (Scope of Work), attached to this Work Order and made part hereof by this reference. The Environmental and Biological Support Service will be performed by the Consultant at a fixed rate not to exceed $93,830.35. The Consultant will perform the Environmental and Biological Support Service within the timeframe more particularly set forth in Exhibit A, attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms and provision set forth in the Agreement. Pursuant to paragraph 1.4 of the Agreement, nothing contained in any Work Order shall conflict with the terms of the Agreement and the terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to be incorporated in each individual Work Order as if fully set forth herein.
