The following terms and phrases when used in this ordinance, whether in the singular or <br />plural or if the first letter is capitalized or in lower case, shall have the meanings ascribed to them <br />in this section, except when the context clearly indicates a different meaning: <br />"Address" means the "house number" (a numeric or alphanumeric designation) that. <br />together with the street name, describes the physical location of a specific property.
