R E S 0 1, IJ T 1 0 N No. 73-77 <br />WHEREAS. the Board Or County coin missionevs of Indian ;liver <br />County, Florida. has been deeply saddened by the death of a former <br />County Commissioner, D. 13. R4cCullers, Jr. , on November 11, 1973, <br />after having served faithfully and well in that capacity from August 21, 1956, <br />until November 21, 1972, and <br />WHEREAS, it is recalled that during his years of public service <br />he was an ardent conservationist, consistently assuming leadership in the <br />fields of ecology and environmental protection, even before those terms <br />came into everyday use, and <br />WHEREAS, he could be said to have personified the transition from <br />the glorious past of Indian River County to its promising present, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, does hereby pay heartfelt <br />tribute to the memory of one whose life was marked by sincerity, honesty <br />and integrity at all times, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be spread <br />upon the Minutes of this Board, and that a copy be forwarded to Mrs. Sara <br />K.
