RESOLUTION No. 73-76 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning ordinance of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Man, be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning 1!ap be changed in order that the following <br />-?described Property owned by Steve L. Henderson and reorge II. Moss, <br />Bob Hofmann, as Trustee, situated in Indian River County, Plorida, <br />to -wit: <br />Tracts 9 and 16, Section 9, Townshin 33 -South, Panne 38 - <br />East, according to the last general plat of lands of the <br />Indian River Farms Comoany filed in the office of the ClerY <br />of the Circuit Court of 5t. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat <br />Book 2, page 25; said land now lying and },eing in Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to LM -1 Light <br />Manufacturing District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />- 36 - <br />
