t <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-7q <br />WHEREAS, there is a five foot utility easement located on <br />Ithe rear five feet of SUN ACRES SUBDIVISION; and <br />WHEREAS, a structure was constructed over the five foot <br />easement located on the rear of Lot 1, SUN ACRES SUBDIVISION, <br />according to the plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat <br />Book 5, page 54; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owners are now requesting the County <br />jCommission to release said easement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County <br />'Commissioners of Indian River County as follows: <br />1. The Board does hereby release that five foot easement <br />located on the rear property line of Lot 1, SUN ACRES SUBDIVISION, <br />according to the plat thereof filed in the Office of the Clerk of <br />'the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida in Plat Book <br />j5, page 54. <br />2.
